DART First State, a division of DelDOT, has an immediate job opening for a Planning and Development Manager in Wilmington, Delaware. The Planning and Development Manager is responsible for the management and development of statewide, multi-modal transit service planning and fixed route scheduling for the Delaware Transit Corporation (DTC). The Planning and Development Manager leads a team of service development planners and schedulers responsible for planning functions associated with optimizing transit service. The incumbent draws heavily on experience in the application of the full spectrum of planning in a public service and transportation environment.
