Continual growth has allowed us to look a technology-driven, detail oriented and personable individual to fill the position of on site Business Intelligence Analyst.  This highly visible and centralized position will provide technical support in fulfilling the business intelligence and data reporting needs for the organization. The Business Intelligence Analyst will also design and implement visual and analytical reporting utilizing BI tools, including Power BI. This position will work with users to transform their data into actionable intelligence through data discovery and the development of dashboards and comprehensive reports.

***This position is 100% On Site at in Mentor, Ohio***

More specifically this role will be responsible for:

• Planning, designing and implementing Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
• Gathering and analyzing requirements utilizing technical skills and functional expertise.
• Creating and deploying reports, analytics and scorecards/dashboards as well as monitoring, troubleshooting and fixing reporting issues.
• Collaborating with key personnel in the design of databases and data warehouses to ensure interoperability with Bl solutions.
• Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology-related major or Business Administration.
• Certification in one or more business intelligence tools development tools preferred.
• 2- 3 years’ experience developing business intelligence solutions using BI tools – Power BI preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working with SQL and other relational databases.
• Healthcare and/or non-profit experience helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficient communicate with all levels of an organization.
