





ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be familiar with Farm Shop safety rules and guidelines.
- Work with Farm Shop manager and harvest team to implement changes that have been identified.
- Work with other departments.
- Prepare equipment for production.
- Clean and service harvest equipment as required.
- Have operational knowledge of all equipment in the area.
- Have equipment ready to run at start of shift.
- Assist other maintenance in repair of ag equipment when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Should be able to use mechanical and electrical tools and shop equipment.
- Should possess a mechanical aptitude in order to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant, both electrically and mechanically.
- Perform other duties and assume additional responsibilities as assigned by Farm Shop Manager.
