





As Maintenance Manager, reporting to our Plant Manager, you will lead the plant maintenance department at our local producer of Reddi Wip and table spreads with responsibility for repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment in manufacturing operations. Eliminate all causes of failure and ensure full useful life with daily maintenance completed by operating personnel. Schedule repair, maintenance, and installation to ensure continuous production operations. Create and manage the maintenance and storeroom budgets. Inspect operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards. Review production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities.
Your Impact:
- Plant maintenance including facilities, utilities and operations to reduce downtime and assure peak plant efficiencies. Direct capital engineering design and projects to completion and work with appropriate vendors.
- Responsibility for the Maintenance team and their performance, establishing criteria for assessing the quality of work performed by employees and contractors.
- Promote safety throughout the entire maintenance organization.
- Responsible for all maintenance department metrics.
- Lead all activities for our Conagra Performance System Planned Maintenance Pillar.
- Prepare and operate within established maintenance operating budget and monitor departmental expenditures.
- Help with planning and cost estimates for annual and longer-term capital budgets.
- Implement the capital plan to include all engineering design and project management, working with both internal and external resources.
- Be acquainted with local/state/federal environmental regulations and ensure compliance with all operational permits.
- Direct all aspects of building operations including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Oversee the completion of work through review of reports, frequent site inspections and conferences with operations and vendors regarding electrical and plumbing equipment, HVAC systems, electric motors, ventilating fans, air conditioning and electrical control units.
- Investigate the condition of buildings, equipment and grounds, and recommend improvements in the facilities to ensure that needs are met.
Your Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum five years' experience in food or similar plant maintenance.
- Experience with computer software applications such as CAD (review and understand drawings), Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Word, PowerPoint, MS Project Management.
- Understanding of PLC and logic controls for high speed operating equipment.
- Experience using production environment SAP.
- Experience in project management and facilities administration with demonstrated ability to manage projects and personnel.
- Experience managing the construction of large, complex projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge on construction processes, trade practices, standards, building codes and regulations.
- Excellent administrative and follow up skills to achieve successful maintenance and repair programs.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Experience working with all levels of the organization.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$104,000-$152,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
