About the Role
We are seeking a Legal Process and Knowledge Management Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transitioning our department to an automated knowledge management posture using iManage. Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining our processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring easy access to critical legal information.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document existing processes for tracking correspondence and legal advice.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and align with best practices.
- Design and implement iManage workspaces, folder structures, and metadata identifiers.
- Migrate historical data into the new iManage environment.
- Lead change management initiatives, including training, job aids, and user guides.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in legal process and knowledge management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and processes.
- Expertise in iManage or similar knowledge management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with legal research tools and databases.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, SharePoint, and database management.
- Strong organizational and deadline management skills.
