Partner with the best

The Enterprise Account Solution Sales team is responsible for enabling growth of Industrial solutions portfolio with select accounts. This Sales Leader will have responsibilities for creating full scope plant asset management solutions for North America Enterprise Accounts while also coordinating and supporting globally related account strategy development

As an Enterprise Software Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and driving strategies that position Industrial Solutions as the provider of choice and partner to achieve value in the customer organization
  • Building the Enterprise Vision with the accounts to support the regional and technical teams to meet goals globally.
  • Completing enterprise level agreements, ensuring customer C-suite partnerships to facilitate contracts, to include T&C's, pricing and overall health of the account.
  • Driving early engagement with project teams to develop scope and customer drivers
  • Providing technical expertise to Sales and Commercial Operations in selecting, implementing, and developing competitive product applications and solutions
  • Providing coaching throughout selling process to Sales and Commercial Operations from prospecting to closure
  • Assessing competitiveness of the Baker Hughes solutions, be an avenue to provide feedback to and from customer.
  • driving bid process internally and externally to ensure completion and best position for Baker Hughes solution.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the deliverables are met and to resolve customers challenges

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 10+ years of sales experience in an industrial market space (Power Generation, O&G, Petrochem) including OEM customers
  • Abe to travel up to 25% of time, as required
  • Have technical background in System1, Bently Nevada and/or cloud based solutions
