  • Effectively document and communicate designs through wireframes, mockups, flows and prototypes for features supporting Merchant and Consumer experiences across desktop, and mobile.
  • Develop strong partnerships with UX, UXR, UXW, PM and Eng partners. Proactive collaboration with cross functional team members is expected.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

  • Key Skills: Interaction Design, UX Design, and UI Design
  • Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Content Strategists and Product Managers throughout the design process; creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes.
  • Portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrates experiences crafting usable digital interfaces.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prototyping, Visual Design, and/or Conversation Design
  • Strong interaction designer with experience in solving highly complex, highly ambiguous problems
  • Proven track record of initiating and leading creative ideation sessions with stakeholders from multiple organizations
  • Demonstrable talent for creative thought leadership and a passion for crafting compelling, impactful features
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills with a proven ability to effectively present strong and clear design rationale at all levels and across organizations
  • Able to work with UXR, visual designers, motion designers, and prototypers to create concepts and solutions that create healthy and happy relationships with our users
  • Ability to form strong partnerships with PM/Eng counterparts to distill requirements, prioritization, and product vision
