Our iconic clothing brand client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Assistant to join their team in New York. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and entering Bill of Materials (BOM) data throughout the product development cycle. You will collaborate closely with Design partners to ensure the smooth execution of BOM processes and workflow management, all while maintaining high accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and manage BOM data throughout the product development cycle.
  • Support BOM development and execution in close collaboration with Design partners.
  • Ensure data input is detailed and accurate, maintaining high standards of precision.
  • Manage workflows effectively, prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and project timelines.
  • Utilize your knowledge of PLM systems to support the product development process.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of PLM systems is required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in New York and available to work on-site 5 days a week.
