Key Responsibilities:
- The applicant will be working with Sr. Portfolio Managers in implementing the portfolio strategy and process
- The applicant will be responsible for monitoring portfolio risks and daily events, and rebalance portfolios through our proprietary systems, in order to deliver the stated investment mandates
- The applicant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing various reports and data sets for external clients and internal partners.
- The applicant will be responsible for testing new portfolio management tools, procedures, and processes. Over time we expect the applicant to lead such activities.
- Over time, the applicant will assume more responsibilities and will coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
- Over time, the applicant will be responsible for becoming proficient in the team's portfolio management research applications and quantitative tools.
- Over time, the applicant will be responsible for managing projects, proactively seeking solutions and driving programming development that can improve process efficiency and portfolio outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree that demonstrates intellectual ability and rigor.
- A comfort level with quantitative tools with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Established and demonstrated work ethic and willingness to invest in their careers.
- Strong organizational skills coupled with an ability to take initiative.
- Highly proficient in Excel, Python or .NET Core, macro implementation and VBA or the equivalent.
- Basic proficiency in SQL, R, Jupyter Notebook Perl, and/or C/C+ programming.
- he ability to integrate and function effectively on a team that places clients first and is dedicated to sustaining excellence.
- An ability to focus and pay attention to detail in a long-term sustainable manner.

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $140,000- $160,000 / year. Base salaries are determined in part based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
