In this first shift position (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM), you will be responsible for loading and unloading material deliveries, and staging material based on customer orders while also assisting with organizing and maintaining existing inventory.

Your role:

• You are responsible for receiving, unpacking, checking and stocking materials, while recording items taken from inventory and documenting when completed.
• Picking orders and wrapping or packing orders in shipping containers, computing freight rates and recording the weight and cost of each shipment.
• Sorting, organizing, and marking items with identifying labels (i.e. such as inventory codes), so that inventories can be located quickly and easily.
• Reviewing and fulfilling customer orders quickly and accurately against pick tickets, while printing, picking, packing, data entering and manifesting, ensuring accurate order and invoicing for customer.

• You have a high school diploma or GED
• You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience working within manufacturing or warehousing
• Your skills include basic computer skills required – Microsoft Office & SAP; experience safely and diligently operating a forklift and stock picker
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Shipping/Warehousing position.
• You possess a positive and respectful attitude, work well with others, maintain a high sense of urgency, attention to detail and are safety conscious

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $17.20 – 26.49 hourly. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Additional Information

• US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
• Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Ontario, California.
• The ability to work mandatory overtime is an essential function of this role (can include Saturdays and 10-hour shifts)
