The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• College degree preferred or equivalent work-related experience.

• Bring 5+ years of Client Service experience; preferably within Equity Compensation/Retirement/Brokerage Industry

• A passion for working collaboratively, improving efficiency, and fostering and implementing new insights

• Outstanding leadership skills and ability to coach and inspire your Client Service Managers to grow and develop

• A curiosity for innovation and process improvement

• Ability to partner with peers and business partners locally and nationally to build a culture of collaboration, inclusion and success

• Your project management, influencing, and process improvement experience

The Team

The Client Service Team Lead has overall accountability for the day-to-day servicing of a book of institutional equity compensation plan clients through leading and developing a team of Client Service Managers. As someone who leads and works closely with business partners and peers across the organization, inclusive team building with diversity of thought process is critical to your success.
