Job Description:
IMMEDIATE NEED: Variable Fleet Coordinators
Location: Evansville, IN
- Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire

Must Haves:
- Authorized to work in the US
- Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
- High School Diploma
- 6+ Months of Rental Car Experience (managing at least 50 vehicles)
- Ability to be on your feet for the majority of the day
- Strong Customer Service Skills
Hours:
- Full Time: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (some weekends and holidays may be required with OT)
- Part Time: 20-30 hours/week (consistent schedule)
- Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr. --> $52K annually
- Location: Evansville, IN 47725
A Day in the Life:
- Manage key operations of variable fleet units (delivery vehicles)
- Perform detailed pre and post in-service inspections of the fleet
- Coordinate light detailing, washing, and cleaning of fleet units
- Schedule corrective mechanical and body repairs with third-party vendors
- Ensure refueling of returned units
- Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel
- Maintain detailed records of all activities
- Collaborate with Buyer and Customer to improve the program
Requirements:
- 1+ years managing rental or fleet vehicles with an understanding of repair, maintenance, and customer service
- 2-5 years of customer service or client account management experience, preferably in a B2B service environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to drive and be on your feet for up to 8 hours
- Availability on weekends and some holidays
