This is a remote position.  It will be expected that you are able to work Eastern Time Zone hours on a daily basis.  Please consider this when applying.

• Be able to showcase your work through case studies and/or an online portfolio

As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for facilitating a wide array of user experience research projects through our customer research panel. This critical role will partner with the UX Research Community Manager in support of the entire enterprise as it seeks to create customer-centric products, solutions, and experiences.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop research plans that propose the appropriate methodology for internal 'clients'' needs
• Coordinate responsibilities of any other required resources (determine the target audience, design elements, etc.)
• Leverage a diverse set of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies (i.e. surveys, interviews, focus groups, usability testing) to uncover desired learnings
• Play the lead role in project meetings with different internal stakeholders (e.g. UX Design, Journey Management, and Products teams)
• Manage internal 'clients' by responding to their inquiries and informing them of project status, timing, and updates
• Manage external vendor(s) to ensure projects are executed in a timely fashion and correctly with accurate data and insights
• Day-to-day project management of all research projects and updating internal project teams the status of those projects
• Independently query and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to extract research findings
• Creating research readouts/decks containing detailed findings slides, each with one clear, key message and supporting statements and an executive summary highlighting key findings and offering recommendations back to the team
• Demonstrate strong self-management skills and envision solutions for anticipated challenges * Organize and manage customer recruitment into the customer panel
• Work with other teams to create and iterate concepts on short Agile timelines

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-5+ years of proven success leading user experience (or market) research projects with strong knowledge of research principles & methodologies
• Demonstrated hands-on experience developing and conducting quantitative and qualitative research (moderated and unmoderated). Should have experience creating moderator guides and screeners and designing surveys
• Advanced proficiency with user experience research tools such as UserZoom, UserTesting, User Interviews, Qualtrics, Medalia, etc
• Ability to analyze and interpret research findings and convey insights in a way that visually 'tells the story'
• Basic understanding of current experience design principles and trends and UX/user research
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, across multiple business units
• Working collectively and autonomously with cross-functional teams
• Experience with recognizing complex business challenges
• Detail-oriented, with highly developed organizational and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, create and manage project timelines, and organize final research materials in research.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $67.19/hour to $72.19 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
