The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ultrasound transducer repair department, including managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, optimizing workflow, and maintaining equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ultrasound technology, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering top-quality products.
Your role:
Manage and lead a team of ultrasound bench repair technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to departmental protocols.
Oversee the daily operations of the ultrasound transducer repair group, including production management, quality control and resource allocation. Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Be an adaptable and visionary leader who acknowledges and implements improvements brought by self and staff.
Implement and maintain quality assurance testing bays to ensure accurate and reliable diagnostic results; manage maintenance, calibration, and repair of ultrasound and testing equipment to ensure optimal performance; coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment upgrades and troubleshooting.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in ultrasound technology or related field, with preferred a minimum of 2+ years of management or team lead experience
Your skills include proficiency in ultrasound technology and equipment and an understanding of regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You’re a strong leader with team management skills and have the ability to handle multiple tasks while prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment
