Full Job Description

Our financial client is seeking a Training and Development Coordinator for a 6 month assignment. This assignment requires you to be onsite 3 days a week in Vienna, VA (Tuesday – Thursday).

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for training technical and soft skills in a variety of mediums to include in person, virtual, and both.
  • Works closely with business unit to identify training opportunities
  • Collaborates with SMDLS training partners to create materials to support learning
  • Responsible for determining the best modality of training
  • Comfortable speaking to audiences of varying size and roles
  • Comfortable using feedback tools like surveys, quizzes, and post-training assessments to measure the success of training programs.
  • Able to adjust training techniques and content to accommodate diverse learning styles, backgrounds, and proficiency levels.
  • Responsible for organizing and delivering a monthly deliverable meeting to the business area outlining the contributions made by the Learnings Solutions team
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy in training topics
  • Able to promote department culture and strategy through effective training that aligns with overall organizational strategy

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $26.13 to $29.03 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
