Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for a Title Support Specialist to join our team in Cypress, CA. The Title Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Title Administrator for Yamaha Financial Services. They will assist with lien releases, title corrections, title audits, substitution of collateral and lien perfection on Yamaha financed collateral. The job duties will include supporting/assisting on all key job functions of the title process as needed.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist with the release of Yamaha liens on collateral that has been paid in full according to Yamaha policy.
- Utilize the title vendor portal to assist in monitoring status of titles and use the system to complete the job process for title releases and any other related functions.
- Assist with inbound and outbound daily call volume to support internal and external customers.
- Assist with the review and update of the title correction queue in the Title Vendor portal.
- Assist with title audits, VIN correction and substitution of Collateral for Yamaha Financial collateral as required.
- Assist with the review and follow up of the missing titles in the Title Vendor portal.
- Communicate with the Department of Transportation, DMV offices and Dealers as required.
- Other duties as assigned
What you’ll need to be successful:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred.
- Prior title experience in the Powersports and/or Auto finance industry
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize with a sense of urgency, multitask, meet deadlines with accuracy and adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving, decision making, and judgement by gathering and applying relevant data to research and resolve issues
Pay:
$43,890 to $72,420
Yamaha intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related experience. Base pay is part of Yamaha’s Total Reward program, our Talent Acquisition Team will share more details as candidates progress.
