Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for a Mobile Response and Stabilization Therapist to join their Behavioral Health team!

The Mobile Response and Stabilization Therapist is responsible for post-crisis intervention and support. The emphasis of this role will be to focus on youth and family support. The therapist will identify the needs and barriers to care for the clients and coordinate with Peer Support Services to provide resources and support following a crisis event. They will work closely with Youth and Family, Wraparound, and IIBHT.
QMHPs responsibilities are to engage and respond in post-crisis intervention; facilitate access for mental health treatment through Adapt, within the home or community, based on client preference; provide therapeutic interventions including informed consent, advocacy, and integrated care; assist with access to community resources; facilitate development and retention of natural and community supports; provide appropriate individual, group, and community psycho-education; actively work to reduce stigma, barriers, and to build a community foundation for success.
Primary Responsibilities:
- The QMHP is required to connect with clients within 56 days following a crisis event.
- Provides in-home, outpatient, and/or community-based treatment services through assessments and evaluations, individual and family treatment which promotes symptom reduction, resiliency, wellness, independence, and safety for individuals within the Youth and Family, Wraparound, and IIBHT programs and supports through prescription of outpatient treatment services that are client-centered, trauma-informed, Evidenced-Based Best-Practices whenever possible; collaborates with clientele and in consultation with team; and completes Safety Plans for those individuals that are at risk.
- Whenever possible the QMHP will collaborate with clientele and in consultation with team; completes Safety and Recovery Plans for those individuals that are priority one, those at risk, or for those having a history that indicates that a Safety and Recovery Plan would be of benefit. The clientele is both adult and youth and family.
- Maintains and completes required records, reports, and documentation as required by departmental policy and state law; provides documentation and written communications.
- Participates in professional development through individual and group supervision, unit and agency staff meetings and workshops. Develops, modifies, and/or obtains training programs and materials in consultation with supervisor and program manager. Promotes peer professional development by sharing training materials and/or training others in successful interventions.
- Will be required to achieve productivity standards as set forth and outlined by your manager.
- Maintain compliance with regard to state, federal and Adapt Integrated Health Care guidelines including but not limited to accurate and timely documentation.
- Performs unique duties, as assigned by Program Manager or Supervisor.
- Provides oversight to and clinical direction to post-crisis QMHA’s and Peer Support Specialists.
- Emergency Response: This employee has been identified as a staff member expected to report for duty following activation of a public health emergency response plan.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field with experience in a mental health setting.
- Licensed providers preferred.
- Must possess a valid Oregon Driver’s License.
