Job Description:In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Services Consulting. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Technology Business Services Consulting challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Required Experience:
* 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Project Manager/Business Analyst for an Agile Scrum team with the ability to perform End to End UAT Coordination
* Experience creating detailed project plans, project schedules and executive level presentations
* Experience in an Agile development environment and with Agile project methodologies
* Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
* Working experience as a Program, Project, or Change Manager on complex projects desired
* Knowledge of system Application Programing Interfaces (API) concepts and usages within enterprise organizations
* Ability to lead collaborative working sessions using industry tools and practices
* Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle principles
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills; having the ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to diverse business and technical audiences
* Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and make independent decisions
* Personal dedication and strong work ethic
* Demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders including mid to senior level managers
* Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change
* Experience with tools such as JIRA, QC/ALM and Confluence
* Experience with creating automation test cases/scripts based on business requirements
* Experience in facilitating virtual and in-person collaboration meetings and work sessions
Quick Manager Notes:
-Someone who can assist in facilitating meetings, putting together presentations etc.
-From a project standpoint the team works on Cornerstone
-Well rounded SCLC resource as a Product Owner is desired
-UAT experience to act as a test coordinator, project management etc.
-Exposure to UAT but strong PM background
-Keeping track of timelines across the different projects for integration testing and dates for production validation.
-Not necessarily needing specific industry background, it is the skills that transfer that matter
-When questioning candidates we really need those who can express PM experience and understand the demand of acting as a PM/PO
-Nice if they have experience with ALM
