 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Service and repair previously installed APBS products * Analyzes customers situations, determine corrective action to be taken and verify the action has fixed the situation is as efficient and cost effective manner as possible; keep team members informed as needed of customer interactions and actions taken  * Follows established processes, making recommendations for process improvement * Keeps service area neat and organized; inventory service stock area of warehouse; request material replenishment as needed; provide detailed information to Customer Service Representatives.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

*      * High school diploma. 

* Work experience with basic construction techniques; good knowledge of basic construction and building materials; knowledge of the terminology of the industry.  * Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills; strong listening & empathy skills  * Demonstrated ability to confidently handle confrontation/conflicts using a tactful and diplomatic approach; Ability to maintain perspective under demanding conditions.  * Diagnostic skills: assessment, problem solving and decision making  * Organizational skills for managing work schedules, job priorities, and stock levels.  * Initiative; ability to work independently.  * Demonstrated analytical problem solving and decision making skills; follow systematic approach in situational analysis and definition; arrive   * Clean driving record and ability to drive company owned vehicle.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY (to be included with production postings):

*       Must be able to stand for 8+ hrs

*       Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, etc.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
