As a Technical Support Specialist/Engineer in our Customer Success department at VIDA you will have the opportunity to:

  • Act as a point of contact for VIDA customers by creating effective solutions to challenging technical issues. You will use your troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and diagnose issues, make recommendations, and implement solutions.

  • Work with VIDA partners to support the integration of products

  • Improve customer references by writing and maintaining documentation, optimizing learning databases, and effectively tracking issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or another related technical field or equivalent education and experience

  • 3+ years of experience working as a Salesforce.com administrator including workflows, process improvements, and identification of issues

  • Experience using Python for scripting

  • Prior experience in building and delivering process/service delivery design.

Preferred Qualifications:
