This role is part of Parametric's hybrid working model, which includes working in the office 3 days a week and choosing to work remotely or in the office the remaining days of the week.
THE TEAM
The Platform Solution Management team at Parametric:
· We are responsible for defining and enabling cross platform business solutions that meet the needs of clients over time. Solutions are products, services or systems that provide value to the client, whether internal or external to the PPA enterprise.
· Sitting at the intersection of business, clients and technology, we collaborate with multiple teams to understand solution context and define the solution vision, intent, roadmap and capability set.
· This team manages changes to the solution vision or roadmap based on enterprise objectives and strategy
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Technical Solution Manager is a product expert and has overall accountability for the technical product roadmap and product success. The product is Workflow Automation Management (WAM) which facilitates work across multiple departments and automates tasks. The individual in this role will closely collaborate with engineering teams, business leaders, and other key stakeholders to set a vision, define priorities, execute an ambitious agenda, and be accountable for product results and evolution. The Technical Solution Manager interacts and presents information throughout the organization, working with both technology and business stakeholders.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Define the comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for WAM to deliver a compelling product. Work in close partnership with technology and business stakeholders. Develops, maintains, and manages product requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks and challenges. Clearly understand and articulate dependencies that will influence sequencing of development and other roadmap work.
· Engage with program/process owners, stakeholders and business partners as necessary to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress. Drive alignment and build trust with stakeholders.
· As a product expert, deeply understand the product, use cases, and industry trends and drivers, gaining insights from the business to understand new application and opportunity for the product. Work collaboratively with business and operations stakeholders to draw out target operating model as systems evolve.
· Facilitate and enhance the communication and process between IT and the business to establish software engineering priorities, work direction, and best practices; includes working with key stakeholders in the business, business analysts, and developers.
· Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities while maintaining strong business relationships.
· Analyze data gathered through user/stakeholder interactions and apply design thinking to draw out goals/business needs/problem statement/opportunity to be addressed, workflows/user journeys, personas and high-level solution outline .

Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in related field required, or combination of equivalent work/education experience.
· A minimum of 7 years of experience leading complex development and integration projects, strategy, Business Analysis or System analysis, preferably in the finance/asset management industry
· Excellent communication - both verbal and written - with technology and business partners to include strong discussion, debate and listening skills and the ability to look beyond obvious answers to understand impacts.
· Advanced experience working with Scaled Agile software development processes
· Demonstrated success leading and directing others to achieve measurable results.
· Ability to empathically understand and articulate user needs
· Demonstrated ability to articulate solution or product vision and/or customized solutions to meet business objectives
· Advanced skills using a variety of tools to document workflows and data mapping including but not limited to Miro/Lucid, Excel, SQL and Visio
· Understanding of analysis and artifact goals throughout the solution lifecycle
· Ability to learn quickly and work in a changing environment and under tight deadlines
· Ability to independently manage personal timelines and meet tight deadlines
· Ability to successfully manage and coordinate simultaneous project deliverables across groups and teams
· Strong experience with Agile, Miro/Lucid, SQL, Excel, Visio, Balsamiq, Jira, Tableau
· Experience with AWS Step Functions and Camunda workflows tools

Salary range for the position: $110,000 - 225,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
