PURPOSE STATEMENT

We are currently hiring a Supply Chain Planning & Inventory Optimization Intern candidate who is pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Finance. We preferMBA students who are pursuing a degree in either Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Engineering, or MIS.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

The intern will support the Supply chain group and work closely with the Analytics, Operations, Marketing and Sales teams.

Support Supply Chain reporting, data management, and analytics efforts through:

  • Reporting and analysis

  • Data visualization and story telling

  • Interactive, role-based dashboard

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Additional experience includes:

  • Assist Inventory Manager in optimizing inventory mix by leveraging analytics tools.

  • Provides insight on inventory investment mix health by tracking performance vs. planned and projections vs. target.

  • Develop actionable plans to improve customer order fill rate in accordance with inventory investment strategy.

  • Provide insight to Integrated Supply Chain Planning Managers on division level inventory investment mix

  • Analyze and review inventory to minimize spoilage and shortage risk.

  • Track and develop code level improvement plans by collaborating with cross-functional supply chain associates.

  • Identify and analyze inventory investment opportunities.

  • Partner with Supply and Fulfillment associates to execute inventory investment opportunities.

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$17.00-$32.00
