What You Will Get To Do:

Provide mutual funds transaction processing services with a customer-focused approach.
Provide proactive and innovative solutions to customers.
Staff leader of primarily business support representatives who work on issues of limited scope.
Evaluate issues within the context of established practices and procedures to assign tasks and provide direction and guidance in daily team activities.
May spend a portion of time performing the individual tasks of the unit.
May recommend new procedures and process improvements to achieve team goals.

What You Will Bring:

Minimally requires a Master's degree, Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience, or high school degree and 4 years of related experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills
Problem solving and numerical reasoning skills; ability to analyze data and take action
Career oriented, highly motivated, and self-starting individual
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
Efficient time management with strong organizational skills
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, plans, and programs
Proficiency in use of business productive tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, data management, project management, and presentations
