Seeking to hire highly qualified midlevel/senior associates with law firm experience and excellent academic credentials to join our structured transactions practice group. The successful applicant must possess corporate and/or finance transactions experience (background in structured finance and securitization is preferred. Also, RMBS/ABS/CLO/financing experience is highly preferred, but not required. This position can also be located in our NY or Washington, DC offices.
