This role focuses on strengthening user trust in our client by giving users transparency and control over their ads experience. You’ll achieve this by crafting compelling, ad personalization experiences and building intuitive privacy controls. We are seeking a strong UX Designer to be a pioneer in this space, to work collaboratively across ads teams to develop and launch innovative product concepts.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Partner with PMs, Engineering and UX to develop innovative product concepts and UI patterns that give users control and help users improve their ad experiences across products.
- Translate research insights into validated design concepts and cohesive product and experience strategies.
- Drive and develop user journeys, mockups, prototypes, storyboards, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas. Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Behavioral Research, Graphic Design or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio of UX design work across multiple platforms.
- 6 years of experience in a UX Product Design setting, or similar.
- Fluency with figma to produce wireframes and high fidelity mockups.
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience working in user trust, areas with high sensitivity or regulation, or a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape.
- Experience partnering with UXR to amplify research and improve the user experience.
- Experience fostering divergent design thinking and shepherding radical ideas that can truly evolve products.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60.12 to $66.81 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
