Overview
As we add, improve and maintain Restaurants for Chick-fil-A Inc., domestically and internationally, the demand for technology tools that meet the needs of staff and Operators to unlock this growth in a scalable way remains an immediate and strategic priority.
The Sr. Principal Program Lead will be responsible for developing, socializing, and overseeing all aspects of the Operations Services technology strategic roadmap and implementation plan, with stakeholders across departments, such as Restaurant Development (RD), Field Ops and partners in DTT*. In addition, this role will be responsible for critical technology product delivery outcomes as prioritized by the business.
This role will consult with and be a critical partner to leadership within DTT, RD, Field Ops and internal technical stakeholders in order to co-design and execute an effective enterprise strategy based on data driven insights and process improvement recommendations.
*Digital Technology & Transformation (DTT) engagement includes: Staff Technology Solutions (STS), Digital Experience & Delivery (DED), Operator Technology Solutions (OTS), Enterprise Architecture (EA), International/Entity Technical Services (ETS) and Advanced Analytics & Automation (AAA) teams.

Responsibilities
The Sr. Principal Program Lead will:
- Serve as a member of the leadership team, providing input and insight into the team direction, vision and culture.
- Develop, design and oversee the technology roadmap and department implementation strategy for technology, inclusive of robust migration plans from current to future platforms, in partnership with DTT.
- Prioritize problems to solve, driving alignment and representing the business needs, when working with 1 sub-team or across many.
- Lead critical technology product delivery outcomes in partnership with teams across the business, including Data & Visualization, DTT and the Digital Outcomes Process & Insights Team.
- Partner with DTT to achieve highly effective rhythms and role clarity while working with all stakeholders on technology product delivery solutions.
- Provide guidance to leadership on budget and resources needed to support technology, and oversee consolidated view of annual technology budget and advocate for prioritized development costs.
- Influence and recommend change management efforts for new technology implementation and how changes affect all sub-departments, as well as other CFA orgs (finance, supply chain, Support Now, etc).
- Provide governance on technology decisions proposed within and make final go/no go decision on implementations within sub-groups.
- Provide guidance on testing and business validation of new or changing technology needed to ensure success.
- Participate on cross-functional teams as needed to address enterprise-wide technology needs, ensuring that work is well-represented and accounted for in enterprise decision making.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Management of Information systems or other technical degree
- Experienced in systems development, system integration, APIs, master data management and data flow
- Experience working with cross-functional and cross-department teams
- Strong computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
