Job Summary
The Senior Manager of Physical Wellbeing is responsible for strategic vendor management and oversight for a comprehensive suite of health care programs and clinical solutions offered by Comcast NBCUniversal. Supports annual vendor renewal activities and employee contribution/budget setting for Comcast's U.S. health care program offerings. Monitors ongoing plan performance and broader competitive market landscape to identify future program opportunities and best practices to improve the health and wellbeing of employees delivered through an exceptional member experience. Works cross functionally across Comcast Global Benefits strategic wellbeing pillars (physical, emotional and financial) to ensure alignment with Comcast's HR Operating Model and employee journeys. Core Responsibilities
- Leads key health care vendor relationships and manages day-to-day operational activities including contracting, service delivery, employee experience and performance management.
- Leads annual renewal activities and negotiations for self-funded and fully insured vendors to ensure market-competitive financial terms and services.
- Regularly reviews health care program utilization and claims experience to monitor plan financial performance and identify emerging cost drivers and trends.
- Provides plan design recommendations to leadership based on understanding of plan performance and market benchmarks/best practices.
- Includes comprehensive analysis of plan financial/member impact and business case development.
- Supports multi-year forecasting of self-funded and fully insured health care program costs in alignment with Comcast's Long Range Planning process.
- Supports annual budget and contribution setting analysis.
- Assists in the development and analysis of vendor Requests for Proposal (RFPs), as needed.
- Develops close working relationships with key HR, labor relations and business stakeholders to proactively ensures that benefit offerings align with business needs.
- Works closely with the Global Benefits Integration and Enablement and HR Technology Service and Solutions teams as the subject matter expert to support annual enrollment processes, streamline operations, and implement new product offerings.
- Facilitates resolution of member escalations in partnership with HR Service Delivery.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Salary:
Pay Range: This job can be performed in New York City with a Pay Range of $122,230.72 - $200,013.90
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
