Sr Finance Analyst for Honeywell International, Inc. (Colonial Heights, VA)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Lead the Management Operating System (MOS) to provide right and fast financial information for business decision.
*Execute financial strategies to achieve or exceed committed performance.
*Perform in-depth financial analytics to identify pricing opportunities, cost productivities, Variable Contribution Margin (VCM) and Working Capital improvements.
*Manage the monthly forecasting process, driving continuous improvement to reduce variances and identify risks / opportunities in the forecast.
*Provide financial analysis and support to the SIOP process.
*Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process as well as actively participate in the Strategic Plan (STRAP).
*Serve as a business partner to demonstrate insight of financial analysis techniques, tools and concepts to provide practical counsel to drive results.

-Job Site: Colonial Heights, VA 40 hours/week

YOU MUST HAVE:
Qualified applicants must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Management of Technology, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field and two (2) years of finance experience. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in stated fields and five (5) years of finance experience. Full term of experience must include: business partnering skills across multiple locations; managing multiple priorities; planning and reporting; ability to interpret complex financial spreadsheets; ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and across all functional groups; information technology financial applications, including SAP, Hyperion (both HFM and Planning Modules), Business Objectives, Tableau, and Excel; and lean operational process improvement. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.
