WHO YOU ARE
This mid-career Contracts Management role will support various classified United States Government contracts for the C4ISR Contracts Organization within the Rotary and Mission Systems Business Unit. Given the business need and security requirements, the selected candidate will need to have the ability to work on site in our King of Prussia, PA facility. The selected candidate will be an individual contributor, but must be able to succeed with minimal supervision and direction. Candidates should possess ability to proactively lead tactical and strategic aspects of the contracting process from Request to Proposals (RFPs), Contract Negotiation and Administration, and Contract Closeout. They will work both Prime Contracts and IWTAs (inter-company agreements). The Contracts Management representative will support proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract administration for both United States Government Contracts (various contract types) and may support a limited number of Direct Commercial Sales. The Contracts Management representative will develop and apply solutions to problems requiring the use of a high degree of ingenuity and creativity. They will review customer requests for proposals and offer alternate approaches to mitigate risks involving schedule, cost, specifications, etc. The Contracts Management representative will maintain communication with cross-functional organizations and customers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to execute the required actions on time. The Contracts Management representative will ensure contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations. Since the selected candidate will support classified programs up to Top Secret /Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI), candidates that have active TS or TS/SCI security clearances are highly desired.

Basic Qualifications:
* Experience with USG procurement regulations
(FAR/DFARS) in all aspects of the contract life cycle including proposals, administration, and close-out.

* Experience with different USG Contract Types (FFP, FPIF, CPAF, CPFF).

* First-hand USG Contract negotiation experience.

* Ability to make effective presentations to senior management.

* Analytical thinking, risk analysis, and problem-solving skills.

* Strong business acumen with the ability to clearly recognize risk elements in business transactions, providing governance to the program team in carrying out the terms of the contract.

* Ability/willingness to travel as needed.

* Experience working classified United States Government contracts
Desired Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Knowledge of Lockheed Martin policies and
procedures

* Knowledge of Lockheed Martin's business systems

* Contract drafting experience and experience with
various contract types and contracting vehicles

* Previous experience with International Direct
Commercial Sales, including contract drafting,
negotiation, and administration

* This individual will have demonstrated abilities to
develop customer relationships, provide RFP
shaping/analysis and have participated in proposal
development and bid strategy

* NCMA Certified Federal Contracts Manager, Certified
Professional Contract Manager, or equivalent
contracting certification and/or education.

* Existing Top Secret (TS) or TS /Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
