The Specialist, Content & Merchandising is responsible for bringing content and merchandising strategies to life on NatureMade.com. This role will ensure that our website helps every consumer find what's most meaningful to them, ultimately driving omnichannel sales for Nature Made. The Specialist, Content & Merchandising reports to the Sr. Manager, Content & Merchandising.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:

Help execute our content strategy by updating key content throughout NatureMade.com, ensuring that high-priority pages such as our home page, landing pages, collection pages, and menus/navigation get the messages and designs they need to bring our brand story to life and help consumers answer the key questions they have about vitamins and supplements.
Merchandise our site consistently, organizing product collections, lists and product landing pages, and working closely with our DTC, CRM and media teams to ensure they have the product collections available to help drive the business.
Leverage website merchandising tools, such as Shopify and Algolia, to help consumers find what they need with greater ease and identify opportunities for the web experience to be improved. Use these tools on a regular basis to optimize elements of the consumer experience.
Create documentation outlining our site content and merchandising strategies; work closely with the DTC team and other teams to ensure clear guidelines, templates and communication is shared cross-functionally. Maintain and update documents as key processes or procedures change.
Help contribute to continual improvement of NatureMade.com by scoping, testing and validating site features and enhancements aimed at improving content, and working to bring A/B testing plans to life on the site.

CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

Experience updating and managing content on retail or DTC websites Experience working with eCommerce software, tools, and web content management systems (CMS) such as Shopify Plus, Algolia, Bazaarvoice and Salsify (among others)
A background working within Google Analytics and an ability to evaluate data and dashboards to influence recommendations
A general understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) with an ability to understand how SEO tactics and content intersect
Exceptional communication skills with a desire to build relationships across teams in a highly collaborative environment

CAPABILITIES & SKILLS REQUIRED

In order to take on these challenges, you'll need to have:

At least 2 years of experience working on DTC, retail or commerce-based websites, with direct responsibility for content and/or merchandising
An ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time
Excellent communication skills with a drive to build lasting relationships
Bachelor's degree.

National Target Base Pay Range: $62,000 - $102,000

The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $69,000 - $113,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.

Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.

Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, Medical, dental and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits.
