Full Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
- The Sales Manager is accountable for increasing sales/profitability through effective management of the sales organization
- As a Sales Manager, you will supervise assigned staff to include interview, hire, train, coach and termination while creating effective incentive plans
- You will handle retail customer complaints in a timely courteous manner and communicate all company related issues
- You will ensure company sales and distribution goals are met by developing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans to manage Point Of Sale execution
- You will ride with sales and management team as needed to complete evaluations and manage and adjust route assignments
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- College Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of related sales experience, including 3+ years of management experience.
