Purpose Statement

TheSite TPM People Pillar Specialist - HR(for the East Coast) will partner with Manufacturing Site Pillar Owners to implement capability builds for TPM roles including TRIO's, equipment, pillar and system owners. In addition, support pillar operating systems for daily and weekly line performance through pillar capability plans that drive employee engagement, productivity, in alignment with sites assessed TPM Phase. This position will also assist with implementing policies, procedures and coordinating activities for the following TPM PP systems: Associate Learning and Development, Leadership Development, High-Performance Team Development and periodic Organizational Assessments.

The Site TPM People Pillar Specialist - HR(for the East Coast) will also be member of site(s) People Pillar and other pillars teams as necessitated by sites requirements. This role will play a crucial role coordinating with Site TPM Pillar Owners, AEN CoE's, ESO and Line TRIO's to build capabilities in associates and teams that enhance overall employee experience and drive productivity.

Must be able to travel up to 40% of the time to our plants on the east coast.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

TPM People Pillar Systems Deployment:

  • Lead the implementation of TPM People Pillar Systems to promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee empowerment.
  • Collaborate with site pillar teams to ensure seamless integration of TPM principles into HR practices.
  • Develop and execute strategies to align HR processes with TPM plans, fostering a holistic approach to employee and team capability builds.

Associate Training Programs:

  • Identify training needs through collaboration with department heads, performance evaluations, and skill assessments.
  • Develop and deliver training programs that align with TPM pillar capability requirements and enhance employee competencies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback mechanisms and make continuous improvements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of learning programs on individual and organizational performance creating visual tracking mechanisms via pillar boards

Onboarding Processes:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive onboarding program to integrate new hires seamlessly into the organization and align them with TPM principles.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, including orientation sessions and mentorship programs.
  • Continuously assess and refine onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

High-Performance Team Development:

  • Support Site PP with creation and development of high-performance teams within the manufacturing site.
  • Coordinate with PP owners on team-building activities, workshops, and interventions to enhance collaboration and productivity.
  • Visually track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track team performance over time on people pillar and leadership pillar boards
  • Organizational Effectiveness Assessment: (ODM)
  • Analyze data and metrics to provide insights into organizational health and recommend interventions as needed.

Pillar Board Participation:

  • Collaborate with the Pillar Board owner to define strategic objectives, goals, and key performance indicators for each pillar.
  • Weekly participation in pillar board reviews
  • Regularly engage with key stakeholders, including site steering teams, Pillar Owners, and Line TRIO's to understand pillar activities and ensure capability builds are effective.
  • Adhere to and promote ethical and compliance standards in all aspects of pillar management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred but NOT required.
* Proven experience in HR leadership roles with a focus on learning and development, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* This role requires a dynamic individual who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, driving continuous improvement and contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing site.

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$60,945.00-$82,455.00
