Looking for a Senior Lead Software Engineer to help drive the development of cutting-edge software solutions. As a key member of this innovative engineering team, you will lead the charge in building scalable, high-performance cloud-based products using CI/CD pipelines, Agile practices, and cloud technologies like AWS and Pivotal Cloud Foundry. What You'll Do:

Lead Development & CI/CD:
Spearhead the design, development, and optimization of high-quality software solutions. Own the CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable software delivery, and guide the team through smooth releases. -
Cloud & Agile Expertise:
Lead cloud-based development efforts using AWS and Pivotal Cloud Foundry. Champion Agile methodologies to accelerate project timelines and enhance team collaboration. -
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Lead, mentor, and empower a team of engineers to consistently deliver top-notch software. Drive innovation and improve performance, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. -
Collaborate & Communicate:
Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and fellow engineers to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables. Communicate technical solutions and progress to both technical and non-technical audiences. -
Problem-Solving & Innovation:
Dive into complex software challenges and find creative solutions that drive quality and performance. Your leadership will directly influence the success of our products and the overall engineering team.
What We're Looking For:

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years experience in CI/CD, cloud-based software development, and leading technical teams.
- 6+ years of experience in Agile development, with hands-on expertise in AWS or Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
- Experience in banking, payments, or financial technology is a plus!

- Deep expertise in CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry) and modern software practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55 to $61. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
