POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing integrated promotional campaigns and tactics that are aligned to strategic initiatives to enable optimal brand growth and performance. This role will collaborate closely with key cross-functional stakeholders across the organization including Marketing, Sales, Training, Commercial Operations, Market Access & Trade, Legal/Compliance, Regulatory Affairs and Medical.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the development, approval, and execution of marketing materials across HCP and Consumer facing channels
- Lead the development and implementation of patient advocacy strategies and tactics, collaborating with advocacy organizations, managing sponsorship opportunities, and building relationships with key stakeholders
- Lead patient/caregiver social media influencer strategy development and tactical execution
- Oversee national and regional congress planning and execution, including exhibit booth development, liaising with professional societies, and securing promotional opportunities across both Consumer and HCP audiences
- Work closely with the Market Access team to develop regional market access marketing materials
- Strong understanding of market landscape and brand positioning to support data driven decisions on strategy and execution.
- Manage a portion of the marketing budget related to responsibilities and development of scopes of work with vendor partners.
- Oversee and maintain vendor/agency partnerships to ensure tactics are appropriately executed, measured, and optimized.
- Provide support for annual brand planning and long-range planning.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
- 6-8 years of related experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences consumer marketing required
- Experience in ADHD market preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) required
