As a Senior Manager, Global Go to Market Strategy, your role is pivotal in guiding the direction and success of SharkNinja’s market playbook for key categories. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the market, competitors, and internal teams and capabilities.  

We are seeking a strategy consultant with 3+ years of commercial related project management experience to design our go to market playbook for our priority categories. The candidate must bring strong project and program management, communication, cross-functional influencing, and relationship building skills.  This role will accelerate growth at scale and foster our commercialization efforts by orchestrating product launch readiness across multiple functions: engineering, product, marketing, sales, finance, operations, e-commerce (director to consumer) and marketing, etc. This is a perfect opportunity to collaborate across global functions to setup the company for high growth and profitability, by developing repeatable winning launch playbooks, and helping drive successful outcomes through accountable execution.  

  

Commercial Planning: 

  • Participate in the development of the company's commercial strategy in alignment with overall business goals. 
  • Develop an end-to-end commercialization playbook for our key categories  
  •  Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement. 
Market Analysis: 

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive threats. 
  • Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for product development, pricing, and market positioning. 
Sales Enablement: 

  • Work closely with the Marketing, Sales Teams, and Strategic Sales & Analytics team to develop effective sales strategies and tools. 
  • Provide guidance on target markets, customer segments, and value propositions. 
  • Provide detailed direction to cross functional teams to ensure the commercial strategy is followed consistently and we are asking the right questions before product market launch.  
Go-to-Market Strategy: 

  • Lead the development of go-to-market plans for new products or services. 
  • Define the messaging, positioning, and channels to reach target customers via playbooks and ways of working.  
Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with product development, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategy with overall business objectives. 
  • Communicate strategy effectively across the organization to ensure buy-in and execution. 
 Performance Monitoring: 

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of commercial initiatives. 
  • Regularly monitor and analyze KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Ensure cross functional partners are adhering to the Commercial Playbook to ensure SharkNinja methodology is consistently delivered. 
Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Strategic Thinking and Consultative Skills:  Ability to think long-term and develop innovative strategies to drive growth. 
  • Market Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and data. 
  • Business Acumen:   Understanding of business principles, financials, and market dynamics. 
  • Leadership: Experience leading and developing teams, with strong interpersonal skills. 
  • Collaboration:  Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. 
  • Communication:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly up to an including the top level executive team at SharkNinja.  
  • Problem-Solving:  Capacity to identify issues, develop solutions, and drive results. 
  • Decision Making:  Comfortable making data-driven decisions and taking calculated risks. 
  • Project Management:  Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. 
  • Industry Knowledge:  Understanding of the industry, competitors, and customer needs. 
 Education and Experience: 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA strongly preferred). 
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business development, or related roles 
  • Experience in a matrix consultative and /or leadership position, preferably within a similar industry. 
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful commercial strategies, playbooks, and/or highly detailed ways of working.
