Role Responsibilities:

Establish the automation capability in HR
Collaborate with HR to advance a feasible pipeline of automation opportunities
Design, develop, test, and maintain SS&C Blue Prism workflows and automations.
Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers to identify and address automation requirements and issues.
Create technical design documents and test plans.
Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug issues with SS&C Blue Prism workflows and automations.
Participate in project planning and estimation.
Provide support for production deployments and ongoing maintenance.
Submitting improvements and participating with other users in the Blue Prism community to increase knowledge and expertise.
Acting as the first point of call for business process owners, providing updates on process performance, discussing any changes to the processes, and handling live issues as they arise.
Communicate clearly with business users on operations and Blue Prism on software related issues.
Perform the post implementation review for production releases

Role Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience developing Blue Prism solutions.
Experience with Blue Prism version 6.0 or higher.
Proficiency in C# and .NET development.
Strong understanding of Blue Prism architecture and design patterns.
Experience with agile software development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
