Location Designation:Hybrid - 3 days per week

What You'll Do:

* Ability to review, analyze and document business process and workflow for the purpose of creating and documenting requirements to be used for new or optimization of software or business process and strategy.
* Should have knowledge of Software Development and IT related concepts as it relates to requirements gathering and documentation. Proficient in writing user stories and creating other project artifacts like Visio flow charts, etc.
* Should have knowledge of how an existing business may operate.
* Ability to work independently, meet with stakeholders, document existing process, make intelligent inquisitions and create detailed documents according to existing best practices and standards.
* Experienced in cross functional analysis and collaboration. The candidate should be outgoing, confident, have excellent communication and time management skills as they will work with all audience levels on critical time sensitive projects.

What You'll Bring:

* Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 5-9 years of relevant experience.
* Experience in Salesforce implementations and integration projects is a must.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$85,000-$145,000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
