Key Responsibilities:

Test automation. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Junit, Java, and Spring Boot.
Test planning. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, create test plans, and define test cases.
Defect Management. Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues and ensure high-quality software releases.
Continuous Improvement. Contribute to the improvement of testing processes, tools, best practices, and advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Performance Testing. Develop and execute performance tests to ensure scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of applications under various conditions using JMeter, LoadRunner, DynaTrace and other tools.
Integration testing. Ensure Seamless integration of various components and systems, validating end-to-end functionality and performance.
Documentation. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for tools, frameworks, test plans, test cases and test results.

Qualifications:

Education. Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience. Typically, a minimum of seven years of experience in software development and test automation in a similar role is required to be successful in this role - however, if you're less experienced but super skilled, highly motivated and already an outstanding software engineer - let's talk!
Technical skills. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python; Deep understating of AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, IAM, EBS, Aurora, KMS, Cloudwatch. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks; Strong understanding of software development methodologies and testing principles.
Problem solving. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
Collaboration. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Adaptability. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, contributing to a highly complex HA architecture while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab, or Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner or similar.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
