We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide our Agile development teams, ensuring the successful application of Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality products on time. This role involves facilitating collaboration, removing obstacles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across multiple teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews).
- Foster collaboration and transparency across cross-functional teams.
- Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
- Instill a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and best practices.
- Track team progress using Agile metrics and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
- Provide training and coaching on Agile principles, mentoring team members in their growth.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Agile or Scrum Master roles; experience in business/process leadership is a plus.
- Ability to manage 3-4 teams simultaneously.
- Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65 to $68 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
