We advise and lead squads on Agile values, practices and processes to ensure that the squad is fully functional, productive, and passionate about the sprint goal.

- Proficiency and expertise with Agile practices, processes, and artifacts
- A firm grasp of leading by influence and serving others
- Strong Dependency Management

The Value You Deliver
- Encouraging Agile behaviors, reinforcing practices, norms, ceremonies, and supporting the overall Squad performance and efficiency
- Identifying team improvement opportunities and looking externally for processes to support continuous improvement
- Leading and coordinating logistics for Agile ceremonies and practices, e.g., backlog maintenance, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Maintaining the Squad's metrics and artifacts to ensure clarity across all levels in the organization

We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a Fidelity office.
