We partner with top names in food, food service, and retail, providing delicious hot-cooked and cold-processed products like sauces, soups, dressings, and more. With two production facilities in sunny Southern California, we're growing fast and looking for talented individuals to grow with us.
Position:Sanitation Manager
Location:Fullerton, CA
Schedule:Monday through Friday, 40+ hours per week
Salary:$95K to $110K base plus bonus

What You'll Do:
- Lead and train our sanitation team to ensure top-notch cleanliness and safety.
- Maintain compliance with all quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Support plant KPIs and communicate effectively with management.
- Protect our products from contamination and support audits.
- Monitor and optimize sanitation programs for peak performance.
- Conduct team meetings and provide fair evaluations.
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years of managerial experience in sanitation.
- High School Diploma or related field (e.g., Food Technology, Manufacturing).
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Proficient in Excel and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
Physical Demands:
- Occasionally lift up to 45 pounds.
- Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
- Professional office setting with some exposure to warehouse and production areas.
