Manage and Maintain Salesforce: Oversee daily administration, manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions, and ensure system performance.

Customization and Configuration: Develop, configure, and optimize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.

Data Management: Manage data imports, exports, and cleansing processes. Ensure data integrity through regular data audits and deduplication.

Support & Training: Provide technical support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training to maximize system usage and adoption.

Implement Enhancements: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement new Salesforce features, integrations, and updates to support business needs.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, user guides, and standard operating procedures.

Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to Salesforce security best practices, maintain compliance with data protection regulations, and manage system security settings.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to propose innovative solutions to optimize business operations.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201) is required; Advanced Administrator (ADM211) or additional certifications are a plus.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, workflows, security settings, and data management tools.

Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and CRM best practices.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

Experience with Lightning, Salesforce Flow, and third-party integration tools is preferred.

Basic understanding and some experience with git is preferred.
