Responsible for the manipulation and importing of data from business application systems, and the development and management of customized reporting. Assist in maintenance of CRM. Provide training and support on digital, marketing and sales tools for sales representatives and sales management. In conjunction with marketing teammates, support the sales and business development activities of premium finance through the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, webinars, events/conferences to support campaigns. Participate in other marketing and digital sales activities and projects, as needed.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Customize and maintain business line reporting.
2. Work with Project Managers to extract data from application systems; and coordinate data movement and manipulation from internal systems and CRM.
3. In support of digital sales and marketing, develop key themes learned from Adobe analytics and application systems.
4. Assist with planning digital technology projects, including hosting sales readiness meetings/training and representing premium finance at conferences and events.
5. Analyze client data and sales activities and provide recommendations for improvements.
6. Serve as liaison for CRM system
7. Develop customized marketing materials, presentations and other assets for sales and other organizational stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training
2. Three years of relevant business experience in Marketing and/or Sales
3. CRM experience
4. Social media management experience
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills
6. Excellent ability to communicate effectively in group training sessions
7. Ability to interact well with all levels of management
8. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
9. Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office software products
10. Strong organizational skills
11. Attention to detail
12. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in developing customized reporting
2. Financial services and/or Insurance industry experience
