Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and innovative Sales Operations Program Manager to join our Americas Field Excellence Organization. This critical role will directly support the Canadian sales leadership team, driving productivity and enablement initiatives to optimize field performance. By championing methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales, and leveraging models like TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), ROI (Return on Investment), and BVJ (Business Value Justification), you will play an essential role in fostering a high-performance sales culture.

Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in northern U.S. cities close to the Canadian border, such as Boston, NYC, Detroit, Chicago, the Twin Cities, or Seattle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field Enablement Leadership: Collaborate with Canadian sales leadership to design and execute strategies that drive excellence in sales execution and acumen.
  • Sales Methodology Integration: Develop and implement training curricula focused on MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales methodologies, tailored to meet the unique needs of the Canadian segment.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline and refine sales processes to ensure effectiveness across distributed teams through continuous measurement, feedback, and adaptation.
  • Deal Strategy and Support: Act as a strategic advisor, partnering with field teams to elevate deal execution and drive consistent success metrics.
  • Voice of the Field: Serve as a field advocate within internal teams to ensure alignment with the field's needs while promoting upskilling and accountability in the sales organization.
  • Program Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the success of enablement programs and their impact on field productivity.
  • Change Management: Lead transformation initiatives to enhance sales strategies, tools, and best practices across the Americas region, with a specific focus on Canadian market alignment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to roll out tools and strategies, ensuring seamless adoption by field teams.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, enablement, strategy, or direct sales roles.
  • Proven track record of optimizing sales processes and implementing sales methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify productivity improvements and track program success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across executive and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in managing complex projects and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Passion for driving sales team success through enablement and transformation.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed to engage with North American teams and stakeholders.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $140,800 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
