Hajoca Lancaster is one of those trade names and is looking for a Sales & Leadership Trainee at their Lancaster, PA location .

If so, then Hajoca Corporation would like you to join the dedicated team at our Fruitville Pike location in Lancaster as a Sales, Operations and Leadership Development Trainee (SOLD). Our team has been servicing the Lancaster community for almost 100 years offering the very best in top-of-the-line products and cutting-edge service. We are a close-knit group that works together to provide the best service to our very loyal customers.
As a SOLD Trainee with Hajoca, you would be in a busy, friendly environment where we would train you in the various roles associated with a wholesale distributor. This is a 3-year program that will give you the time you need to learn a new industry and give you the tools you need to succeed and be a key contributor.
During the rotational program, trainees are given guidance from their mentors and managers in all aspects of our business including warehouse procedures, operations, counter sales, inside sales, and outside sales. Learning occurs primarily through on-the-job experience, and is supplemented with coaching from experienced managers, book and computer courses, and visits with customers and vendors.

* PCM will schedule bi-monthly reviews
PHASE 4

During this final phase, there will be an in-depth career discussion with the Profit Center Manager and trainee to determine if trainee is interested in pursuing a career in Sales or Operations.
Desired Qualities:
* 4-year college degree
* 2 years of hydronic heating or HVAC field experience would be helpful but not necessary
* Demonstrated experience in a leadership role
* Ability to communicate in English (orally and written) in both group and one-on-one situations
* Ability to quickly adapt and react to changes within the work environment
* Self-starter- able to learn new tasks quickly and work independently
* Fun, easy going, "nothing is a problem" personality
* Enjoys working as integral part of a high functioning team
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
