Client: Technology
Location: West Des Moines, IA(Will be working onsite between various Data Centers in the area.)
Length: 6+ month Assignment
Responsibilities:
- Always ensure the safety and security of the data center and its equipment.
- Prevent and report any incidents or issues that may affect data center operations.
- Coordinate and supervise the vendors who provide services to the data center.
- Measure and evaluate the performance of the vendors and provide feedback.
- Write daily and weekly reports on the data center activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in data center operations or related fields.
- Extensive training in safety and protocols for data center environments.
- Ability to monitor and manage multiple vendors with different scopes of work.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Proactive and accountable attitude.
