Join us for this incredible opportunity at Hyatt Regency Dallas, which is located downtown next to the iconic Reunion Tower. The Reservations Supervisor will serve as a day-to-day leader in the hotel operation and will assist in leading the booking process at the hotel. Responsibilities will include; coaching and training reservation staff daily, monitoring/maintaining hotel inventory, attending hotel reservation related meetings.
The ideal candidate must have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor. This individual must work well under pressure, be able to delegate tasks to the team and multi-task effectively. Excellent communication skills required and customer service experience preferred. Supervisor should possess strong leadership, communication, and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. This role leads other colleagues by coaching and giving direction and will include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing. Other duties within the rooms division include inspecting guest rooms, resolving guest complaints or inquiries, general office duties, etc.

Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- A minimum of one year hotel experience (front desk preferred) with the desire for career growth.
- Problem solving and resolution skills
