This is a full time research position which has several components: a purchasing and lab safety function, assistance with animal husbandry function, and several experimental areas of focus as well. This work requires hands-on animal husbandry, several types of surgical interventions in mouse models, and wet-lab work consisting of cellular and molecular studies of brain development. These latter wet-lab job duties include nucleic acid work (with rDNA), immunodetection in tissue sections, laser scanning microscopy, and statistical methods for data analysis.

Bachelor's and 1-3 years' experience.
