Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for a Receptionist to join their Recovery Motel!

A front office receptionist is responsible for being the first point of contact for visitors when they arrive at the motel. They will be responsible for all scheduling, rent collection, and queries, and documentation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure tenants are made to feel welcome and keeping track of scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling of appointments for tenants.
• Answer the telephone within the motel, relaying relevant messages to the appropriate staff/team and dealing with queries where necessary; reminder calls to tenants as needed.
• Sending and receiving faxes; ensuring faxes are dispersed to the correct location/person
• Receiving and dispersing mail as needed; Mailing appropriate documents to tenants.
• Keeping the reception area tidy.
• Collecting rent from tenants and writing a receipt. Documenting rent payments in a spreadsheet.
• Helping guide new tenants through the move in process.
• Employee will ensure to follow HIPPA regulations; maintaining the strictest confidentiality
• Promote a Culture of Safety; reporting hazards, errors and potential patient safety issues
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPIC and basic insurance knowledge a plus but not required.
• Strong SUD background
