JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Director, Field Services, this role is responsible for entering recall data, mailing recalls, service bulletins, updates and other product service distributions, as needed. He/she is also responsible for updating final owner information database for recalls, service bulletins, and re-notification mailings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collate and mail recalls, service bulletins, service updates, and other product service distributions as needed
- Assist Recall Administrator in obtaining missing or incomplete final owner information and updating warranty system with correct information when obtained
- Respond to dealer and owner requests for recall parts
- Enter parts shipped information in database for NHTSA quarterly reports
- Package recall parts for kits, as needed.
- Coordinate and mail warranty checks for recall/bulletin customer reimbursement
- Scan and index all recall/service bulletin related documents in the DocuWare for on-line Data Storage System for NHTSA required record retention
- Submit Purchase Requisitions for approval
- Perform clerical duties, as needed for Recall Administrator and Engineering Department
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to organize and present thoughts clearly and concisely

EDUCATION AND EXPEREINCE:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years Administrative Support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
